A Writing Announcement

Hello Everyone,

A few new things!

First, I updated my website! It’s got a new URL, a fresh new coating of paint, and some updated information. I know this website has been a ghost town for a while. Expect to see lots of new stories and articles popping up from now on!

Second, I just started a Patreon. No worries, all the stories and writing that I post to my website will still be accessible even if you don’t subscribe to the Patreon. I just wanted to give people the opportunity to support me in my writing if they so choose and to offer people some things I might not normally be able to offer. I know there’s not a lot of new writing up on the website right now but that’s about to change. I’m going to work on posting some examples of what people can expect from the different Patreon tier rewards! I’m also working on fighting that ever present imposter syndrome. My work has value and I know people value it!

Last, but most exciting, I am finally releasing the Children’s novel I wrote about five years ago. I’ve been struggling with what to do with this very short children’s chapter book that I wrote while working for a small publishing company a while back. The fact that the collaborative version of the novel was stolen from me has been a difficult struggle. The person that I worked with now has that version of the novel displayed everywhere as under her name only and that has been frustrating and emotionally draining. Unfortunately, it’s not financially worth any legal action. However, I have decided that I want to release my original version of the novel. The chapters I will be releasing are my writing only and are owned entirely by me. I think this is the best way to honor this story and for me to move forward. The bonus side is you all get to enjoy a fun story! The first two chapters are up on my website right now! I will be releasing the story in two chapter chunks every week so keep checking back on Mondays to see what happens next!
